Not a bad December in Rock Hill, SC. Not a ton of sold homes but we never expect too much from the holiday season. The market still feels like it is heating up. Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search. Buyers, don’t wait to the last minute if you are interested in taking advantage of the Federal tax credit.
Remember, contract by April 30th 2010, close by June 30th 2010.
There were 60 homes listed as active at an average price of $179,530.
0 properties were listed as contingent.
8 properties were conditional
24 properties were pending
28 properties were withdrawn
20 properties had expired
The thirty eight sold properties had an average list price of $176,976 and an average sales price of $170,188.
